Built around the best protection system on the market, the ASA technolongy, it provides maximal body protection while allowing total freedom of movement. The Full is designed with side and shoulder foam-pads. Because they include a shoulder hyperextension block, the shoulder pads are not removable on the Full models.

The V2.0 chest protector has lateral adjustable straps with TPR rubber handles and Velcro closures (10,000 life cycles).
A Front Vent helps provide air-flow to upper body.
The shoulder cups are made with 10mm polyurethane foam. The use of Dry Clim fabric for the lining, making it very breathable and comfortable, gives more flexibility of use to the V2.0 chest-protector. It can be worn under a jersey - right over the skin and without the need of an under shirt - or over the jersey.
The V2.0 chest-protector permanently-attached upper arm guards (8mm polyurethane foam) offer a shoulder-blocking system designed to help prevent hyperextension.

The comparative tests (performed by the CRITT laboratory (www.critt-sl.com) were performed on 3 different types of chest-protectors:

Hard-plastic with a classic chest-protect
Foam-based body-armors
RXR Protect chest-protectors using ASA technology

For the tests, the products were placed on a table equipped with various sensors measuring the shock absorption and resistance capacities of the products. A strength/power of 12 KJ was applied, from different heights/angles, to the products and the results show that the A.S.A. system has 5 times more energy absorption/resistance than hard-plastic chest-protectors and 10 times higher than foam-based products. Absorption time and distribution of the impact on the whole area of the product is clearly higher
