How do you offer such low prices? I bet your merchandise consists of; store returns, damaged or blimished items. Right?
Wrong. We scour the country looking for store closeout items. We do not sell damaged items. We simply find the best deals on NEW manufacturer closeout's and offer them to you at cut rate prices. We are a family business without a large overhead thus we are able to keep our prices low. Our items, in most cases, are just last years model. Sometimes we even offer great deals on current model items. Most of our items are in new sealed packaging.
How does your merchandise fit?
Generally, motocross and off-road gear is intended to fit somewhat loosely. We have found that pants measured in waist sizes are true. The seat and thighs are full to allow free movement while riding. The jerseys, which are measured XS to XXL are designed to be loose (raglan style) as well. Sizes are true and the tails are long to remain tucked while riding. The gloves are designed to fit snuggly and are somewhat "elastic" in nature. Youth sizing is "generous" and the youth pants have an elastic waist which will allow the kids to grow without having to jump to the next size every few months.
If you are unsure about your size, compare your body measurements to the charts provided to determine the correct fit. These charts will give you a good idea of the size to order, but be sure to read special sizing information that may accompany an item description. Some merchandise dimensions may vary from the averages charted here.
1. You should start by wrapping a measuring tape around your head about a half-inch above your eyebrows.
2. Since a helmet should be snug so it doesn't pop off if you crash, you need to pull the tape comfortably tight in order to achieve the best results.
3. Make sure you get precise results by measuring two to three times trying to get the same result every time. If you get different measurements take the largest one.
Take a pair of pants that fit you well and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg. For shorts, measure from the crotch to where the shorts will end.
Sizing is based upon standard youth sizes and is not guaranteed accurate as every body is different. For best measurement you should have your childs waist size available.

Items are shipped by USPS Global Express Mail . Place your order online and select "Email me an invoice with shipping charges". We will compute your shipping charges and e-mail you the total which you may pay by: Paypal (Secure internet credit card or checks), fax your credit card details, mail payment or telephone your payment details to us at 01-317-890-9000.
Once we deliver the shipment to the International carrier Sly Fox MX Closeout's shall assume no further liability. If you want GUARANTEED delivery e-mail us for a Guaranteed shipping quote. Sly Fox MX Closeout's does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by customs, brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer.
International Customers. Payment
Sly Fox MX Closeouts is unable to send any order C.O.D. on international orders. Payment due must be received by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, wire transfers or paypal in U.S. funds at time of placing order. We reserve the right to cancel any credit order and request payment in advance. A copy of identification may be required to process your order.
An 8% fee to convert to US funds will be added should funds not be sent in US dollars.
If there is a discrepancy in your order, you must notify our customer service department at (888)759-3696 or 01-317-890-9000 within 72 hours from the receipt of the merchandise. Any items that are returned damaged or used (not including factory defects) will not be accepted, and freight charges will be charged to the customer.
RETURNS: Return your package within 30 days with the orders enclosed Return/Exchange Form. Returned merchandise must be unused and suitable for resale. (Ie. Don't try boots on outside, Don't destroy packaging). We will refund your return minus shipping/handling charges in the original form of payment. Returns are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee IF the packaging is destroyed and we are unable to resell.
SPECIAL ORDERS: All special order non-stock items may not be returned.
EXCHANGES: We will gladly exchange items. Return the items with the orders enclosed Return/Exchange Form. If you want an exchange review our site first for the size or item you want and let us know so we can put it aside for you. We will hold the item for up to 7 days. Remember, we are dealing in mostly closeout merchandise and once it's gone, it's gone. Exchanged merchandise must be unused and suitable for resale (Ie. Don't try boots on outside, Don't destroy packaging) and may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
CANCELLED ORDERS: Cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We do not charge a re-stocking fee unless the order has been processed & packaged for shipment, already shipped, or was back-ordered and has already been sent by our distributor.
